A co-founder of the company, Mr. Short oversees the strategic vision and growth of EEDAR in his role as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Short has over 15 years of senior management experience in start-up, early-growth, and Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes product development for enterprise data services, digital publishing technologies, and monetization strategies for digital offerings.
In his role at EEDAR, Mr. Short is able to draw upon his deep experience and strong relationships to deliver upon EEDAR's vision of revolutionizing approaches to research within the video game industry.
Mr. Short has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Chief Product Officer
Co-founding the company in 2006, Mr. Zatkin directs development of EEDAR’s product and service infrastructure in his role as Chief Product Officer.
With over 16 years of experience in video game development, tools, and analytics, Mr. Zatkin is known for his ability to deconstruct the complex into actionable products and services. Prior to joining EEDAR, Mr. Zatkin operated in senior design roles for numerous video game titles generating over $1 billion in combined revenue.
Mr. Zatkin has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from Trinity College.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Liguori is responsible for the execution of EEDAR's strategic roadmaps and daily operations.
Mr. Liguori has operated in diverse roles across the video game industry for more than 15 years. His operational oversight leverages both vendor and client research expertise garnered from MTV/Viacom, The NPD Group, Sony Online Entertainment, iModerate and Electronic Arts.
Mr. Liguori has an MBA from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dowling College.
Vice President, Insights & Analysis
As the Vice President of EEDAR's Insights & Analysis Division, Mr. Divnich is responsible for the creation, development, and execution of EEDAR's custom research, insights and market analysis.
Mr. Divnich has more than 9 years of experience within interactive entertainment, primarily as a financial analyst for private investments firms with strong economic interests in the interactive entertainment sector. In addition, Mr. Divnich has over 7 years of experience within multi-media retail.
Mr. Divnich also represents EEDAR for the majority of media and press relations activities, and is one of the most widely referenced analysts across mainstream, financial and specialist video game industry media outlets.
Mr. Divnich has a Bachelor of Arts (Business Management) from Eastern Michigan University.
Director, Product Management
As Director of Product Management, Ms. Jessica Anderson is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and comprehensive development for all EEDAR initiatives.
With more than a decade of experience in business environments that range from flourishing startups to Fortune 50 companies, Ms. Anderson’s experience in business analytics and project management provide a powerful blend of technical knowledge and lifecycle management processes. By working closely with EEDAR’s diverse clientele, Ms. Anderson interacts with all stakeholders to bring innovative data integrations and analytic solutions from conceptual ideas to real life applications.
Ms. Anderson has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego.
Director, Editorial Insights
As Director of Editorial Insights, Mr. Erik Brudvig assists public relations and marketing departments to fully understand the quality of their products and provides guidance on ways to more effectively engage with online and print media.
Prior to joining EEDAR in 2011, Mr. Brudvig spent more than five years at IGN.com where he most recently held the title of Executive Editor for Xbox 360 coverage, though his work reviewing games and interviewing luminaries has covered the full breadth of the video game industry.
Mr. Brudvig holds a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy and Physics from Yale University and a Master of Arts in Science Education from City College of New York.
Director, Integration & Professional Services
As Director of Integration & Professional Services, Mr. Felix oversees the ingestion, cleansing, and alignment of all external partner data for EEDAR. In addition Mr. Felix manages all EEDAR professional services including financical data processing and merchandising data management.
With over 15 years of management experience, Mr. Felix is respected for his ability to investigate and assimilate complex external-partner data sets into EEDAR’s infrastructure, his strategic risk management, and his ability to administer external relationships with a variety of international client data counterparts.
Mr. Felix has a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science (Game Art & Design), from the Art Institute of San Diego.
Mr. Harris oversees EEDAR’s software engineering, quality assurance and information technology operations.
Mr. Harris brings to EEDAR over 20 years experience in software development, data architecture and mangerial roles at both start-up and Fortune 50 companies. Prior to joining EEDAR, Mr. Harris was the Director of DevOps and Software Engineering for Kana Software/Overtone, overseeing the management of rich analytics in social media and CRM.
Mr. Harris has a Bachelor of Arts (Cognitive Science) from the University of California, San Diego.
As Director of Game Research, Mr. Matthys oversees the processes and activities related to the curating of EEDAR’s industry leading database of metadata on video games.
Responsible for EEDAR’s data classification hierarchy, Mr. Matthys specializes in identifying, defining, and classifying features in emerging and core game markets. Mr. Matthys is known for his capacity to manage complicated projects, his methodical approach to problem solving, and for the high quality of data researched by his team.
Mr. Matthys has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Director, Client Strategy
As Director of Client Strategy, Mr. Mullen is responsible for ensuring all of EEDAR’s clients obtain the highest return on investment from each engagement. Mr. Mullen and his team work closely with all clients to identify the appropriate solution for them that delivers the most appropriate data, service or technologies to meet their needs.
Mr. Mullen has over eight years of experience in account management, client relations, and strategic planning, and has a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University.
Manager, Quality Assurance
As Manager of Quality Assuranace & Data Integrity, Mr. Cabandong oversees the systems and controls operated by EEDAR to deliver highly accurate and reliable information and services to clients. Working in conjunction with the development, research and integration teams, Mr. Cabandong is responsible for the architecture and implementation of EEDAR's suite of automated and manual testing suites and SSAE16 audit compliance controls for data accuracy.
Mr. Cabandong has over 5 years experience with EEDAR and previously worked with Sony Computer Entertainment of Amercica.
Manager, Retail Research
As Manager of Retail Research, Mr. Fay’s division monitors point-of-presence marketing activities at key video game retailers and online portals.
With over a decade of experience in video game research, product development, and client management experience, Mr. Fay’s work is used for promotional diligence to safeguard against game-wide marketing vulnerabilities.
Mr. Fay holds a Master of Science (Biomedical Engineering) from the University of California, San Diego and a Bachelor of Science (Game Art & Design) from the Art Institute of San Diego.
Manager, IT Operations
As Manager of IT Operations, Mr. Hannon directs the development of EEDAR’s internal and external physical and data infrastructure.
With more than a decade of experience in enterprise IT, Mr. Hannon is known for his aptitude in long-term strategic planning, methodical focus on troubleshooting, and guidance on best practice implementation.
Mr. Hannon has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Walsh University.
Manager, Editorial Research
As Manager of Editorial Research, Ms. Lorhammer’s division is responsible for curating the video game industry’s most comprehensive database on editorial activities by examining a diverse array of online and print based sources.
Ms. Lorhammer has over seven years of video game industry experience, including work for both Microsoft Game Studios and Sony Online Entertainment.
Ms. Lorhammer has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado.
